At Cordera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our ethically crafted garments. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment remains protected and includes all original documentation.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
